Grow Existing Customers

Expand Nilfisk business with existing national account customers by building an increasingly broad network of customer relationships, continuously learning about enterprise-wide customer business operations and emerging needs and identifying what drives their growth and profitability, understanding broad Nilfisk offerings and innovations, and identifying opportunities to position those solutions against newly defined customer needs.

Gain New Customers

Establish new national account customer partnerships by building a broad network of relationships, learning the prospective customers' business, operations and needs/challenges, and identifying opportunities to add value through the full range of Nilfisk products, services, and solutions.

Retain Existing Business

Retain existing customers by ensuring all service/delivery expectations are met, monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction, proactively broadening and deepeningcustomer relationships, and continually prove and displayvalue aligned to different stakeholders/influencers.

Drive Innovation

Deliver increasingly greater value to customers by identifying emerging customer needs and opportunities and communicating those needs and opportunities to support or drive possible new solutions; actively pursue opportunities to share and demonstrate the value of Nilfisk innovations with customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent required
  • 7+ years of strategic, sales experience with demonstrated successes supporting National or Global customers
  • Exceptional business acumen and sales presentation skills
  • Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a strategic sales process with National or Global customers.
  • Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive to achieve goals
  • Strategic and creative to exceed customer expectations
  • Leveraging of CRM experience
  • Cross functional collaboration and leadership
  • Must exemplify and embrace Nilfisk Behaviors
  • Ability to travel nationally - up to approximately 40%

$95,600.00-$127,466.66

The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position. It may not include potential bonus incentives such as annual bonus' as well as sales and sales related incentives, or overtime (on eligible positions). The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses, and the location from which they will work. The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the job's location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
