Overview Na Alii is seeking a Capture Manager to support our Information Technology line of business. This is a new position within the Nakupuna Companies and will report to the IT Managing Directors and the Director of IT Business Development. This individual will support senior leadership, the Business Development team, and project managers to manage and grow the IT line of business. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who promotes collaboration and embraces learning and innovation. Develop expertise in the acquisition processes of the IT market and advise Nakupuna Companies leadership on the optimal strategies and contract vehicles for winning contracts.
Qualifications Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A combination of five (5) years of experience in Business Development or IT implementation is required. Experience with DoD (contractor, GS, IT sales, or military) is required. Management or IT related certification is a plus. Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in the business development cycle. Specifically, the ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Clearance: Not required but must be able to obtain security clearance, if requested. Must be a U.S. citizen. Travel Requirements: None. Work Location: This position reports to our Arlington, Virginia office with 2 days weekly hybrid work.
