Job Title: Lifecycle Cost Analyst

Location:
St. Louis, MO (Onsite 5 days a week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Cost Analyst to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data streams, tracking costs, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage both capital expenditure (capex) and operational expenditure (opex).

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Follow-Up:
    Provide guidance on processes and financial matters to sites.
  • Project Support:
    Assist with project paperwork and tasks.
  • Financial Reporting:
    Maintain and troubleshoot maintenance financial reports.
  • MCRS Meetings:
    Organize and participate in site/regional meetings, collect data, and take minutes.
  • Process Improvements:
    Simplify data and streamline reporting processes.
  • Long-Term Strategy:
    Develop strategies and handle strategic items such as training and SOP development.
  • Cost Tracking:
    Manage data streams, compile cost/spend data, and track spend to budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work with stakeholders on capex and opex budgets.
  • Daily Financial Snapshot:
    Monitor finances on a daily basis.
  • Presentation of Financial Data:
    Prepare and present financial data in PowerPoint presentations.


Qualifications:
  • Background in Operations or Production/Supply Chain:
    Beneficial for understanding site operations.
  • Cost Management Experience:
    Essential for managing financial aspects.
  • SAP or Other Financial Systems Experience:
    Helpful for handling most tasks.
  • Experience with Fixed and Variable Costs:
    Important for managing different cost types.
  • Financial Reporting Skills:
    Ability to provide monthly estimates, track costs, and manage overhauls.



Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
Estimated Max Rate: $27.00
