Join Ryerson as a HCM Solution Administrator. Where you'll become an integral part of our dynamic team, where your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors will drive impactful business process improvements. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify and implement innovative system enhancements. Your contributions will be key in advancing our capabilities and shaping the future of our organization.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establishes a roadmap for enhancements, new rollouts, and/or new features, manage biannual releases, including assessing impact on universal changes and implementing opt-in/opt-out changes justified by a business case.
  • Reviews the integrations landscape, integrations performance, and new opportunities to automate the flow of information to and from SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Defines a testing protocol for critical processes and releases.
  • Ensures that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies, local regulations, as well as ensure system security and adherence to privacy requirements.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Works with internal audit on document or systems requests.
  • Conducts minor developments (e.g., PM forms replication/edits, activate new features via the upgrade center).
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
  • Manages systems administration requirements, communication, and system security administration such as availability during maintenance, Solution IP changes, or new feature activation.
  • All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.



Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, IT, or Learning
  • 7+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors with understanding and ability to manage configurations, role-based security, and applying enhancements and releases.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish timelines, and hold project contributors accountable.
  • Solid understanding of business operations
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to create system change documentation



Salary: $101,000-$145,00 annually. A starting salary higher than $101,000 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
