As we execute one of the most significant transformation programs in our history, we are seeking a Director, SAP S/4 Transformation Program to oversee the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA across our global operations. Reporting to the VP & CIO, this position will ensure the program's success by fostering cross-functional collaboration, ensuring disciplined execution, and driving operational transformation. As the Senior Director, SAP S/4 Transformation Program, you will play a critical role in one of the most transformative initiatives in our company's history, shaping how CMC operates and grows for years to come. What You'll Do Oversee the end-to-end execution of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Direct all aspects of program planning, resource allocation, risk management, and systems integration. Ensure program milestones are achieved by proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies. Deliver transformational outcomes by integrating SAP S/4 capabilities into business functions to modernize and optimize processes. Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align program deliverables with organizational objectives. Partner with third-party system integrators and other external partners to execute program tasks and meet milestones. Provide clear and concise communication on program status, risks, and value realization to leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders at all levels. Drive business process improvements by leveraging SAP S/4's advanced capabilities to support operational excellence and growth. Champion ERP modernization, automation, and technology enablement as key enablers of organizational transformation. Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and trust to align teams on the program's vision and objectives. Build and lead a high-performing program team, including internal resources and external partners, to deliver exceptional results. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in program-level details to resolve challenges and maintain momentum. What You'll Need Proven leadership experience in managing and delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs. 10+ years of program management experience in large, global organizations, with expertise in SAP/ERP implementations. Deep knowledge of SAP functional areas such as finance, sales, order management, procurement, and planning. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC configuration and modules. Experience managing program budgets, P&L, and cost models for enterprise-wide initiatives. Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Activate, Agile, Scrum). Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Manufacturing or steel industry experience is a plus.
