Intralox is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Automation Architect with extensive experience in Tosca automation tool, testing automation, and to lead a team of QA Engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Oracle ERP and a proven track record of ensuring the highest quality standards in software development. This role reports to the ERP Practice Manager. Responsibilities: Architect and design comprehensive test automation frameworks and strategies. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop and enforce best practices for test automation and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality standards and metrics. Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Tosca automation tool. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical leadership and expertise in the areas of test automation and Oracle ERP. Drive innovation in test automation and quality assurance practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation. Extensive experience with Tosca automation tool. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and Cloud Applications. Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
