In addition, the Yard Person must maintain a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard, load and unload lumber and/or building supplies, and operate a forklift. Duties include:

PAY: $14.00/hour LOCATION: 2906 W Miller Rd, Garland, TX 75041 QUALIFICATIONS:
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position requires working in a highly precarious place near moving mechanical parts. This position requires working outdoors and being exposed to wet, humid, hot and/or cold weather conditions. This position is exposed to vibrations, potential risk of electrical shock, airborne particles, and chemicals. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires frequent standing, walking, hearing, use of hands and arms, grasping, handling, feeling, climbing, balancing, crawling, stooping kneeling, crouching, and lifts up to 80 pounds. Rarely will this position be sitting. Must be able to use a hammer. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a part-time position. Working from 12pm to 5pm.
