Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, checking references, and referring applicants for various open positions across Check Point's business in the U.S., Canada, and Latin American markets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies utilizing external websites.
  • Identifying and attracting talented employees. Interviewing and pre-qualifying job candidates for referral to hiring managers.
  • Ensuring that all employment efforts comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements as well as with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining recruiting activity reports through our Applicant Tracking System, HirePoint.

Qualifications

  • Experience with high call volume, sourcing passive candidates, and excellent communication skills.
  • 5+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience, prefer IT sales recruiting experience.
  • High energy, highly motivated, and self-directed in face-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to successfully partner with team members to help ensure the success of a variety of recruiting programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic, team environment with competing demands.
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent software skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is an advantage.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
