This role is within Chamberlain Group's Indirect Sourcing function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Recommend and maintain a complete set of management controls (metrics), recommending and implementing improvements to lease asset management solution (ii) monitor key performance indicators and recommend and coordinate needed actions to maintain them within required limits. Work collaboratively with business stake holders, understand business processes and analyze supporting data, using best practice tools, combined with identifying and implementing actions to improve all Non-Corporate Indirect Sourcing and Real Estate performance. Education requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in related field of study; Experience requirements include: 5+ years in developing and implementing business practices. Experience with developing asset management models and iterative scenarios using asset management software.

Sr. Analyst, Corporate Indirect Sourcing & Real Estate Center Duties:

  • Design, help develop, test and implement indirect sourcing and real estate optimization strategies
  • Work collaboratively with distribution network, logistics, Systems LLC and CPSG to establish best practices for reporting, analysis, and insights in indirect sourcing activities.
  • Support projects resulting in cost saving or process improvements, as well as make sure all projects are tracking on time for key deliverables
  • Utilize all Indirect Sourcing and BI system functionality in an effective manner to enable an exception based management approach and implement tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g. contract renewals, and price comparisons for efficiencies)
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and action planning for key KPI's across Indirect Sourcing
  • Develop key analytics, external and internal insights and supporting tactics used for Indirect Sourcing
  • Manage the data management, and development of the lease asset management solution
  • Compile and review lease program reports quarterly for presentations to the Leadership
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Sr. Analyst, Corporate Indirect Sourcing & Real Estate Center Duties:- Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 5+ years experience in developing and implementing business processes
  • Experience with developing supply chain models and integrative scenarios using computerized optimization software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills: Advanced MS-Office skills, including database design, reporting, graphing and numerical analysis, macros, presentations, and flowcharting, plus visual basic or SQL
  • Preferred Qualifications: Masters in Business Administration; APICS CPIM / CIRM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, and/or PMP certifications

The pay range for this position is ($81,500.00 to $132,725.00); base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies
