The Intralox Digital Solutions Team is seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Lead to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical solutions that effectively meet business requirements, with input from Architecture and Functional Analysts. This role involves leading the development and implementation of Oracle solutions, ensuring they align with our business goals and follow industry best practices. This role will report to the Oracle Development Team Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Solution Development: Design and develop Oracle-based financial solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring they follow industry best practices and are aligned with business needs. Some hands-on development is preferred.
  • Development: Design, develop, and maintain Oracle applications and databases as capacity allows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architecture teams, functional analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical solutions to developers and other team members.
  • Proof of Concept (POC): Conduct POCs for new solutions and functionalities, presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Testing Leadership: Lead and coordinate feature testing efforts, ensuring thorough QA and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Configuration Management: Manage and oversee configuration migrations between different instances and environments.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on Oracle solutions and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing solutions and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong familiarity with Oracle EBS Financial applications such as General Ledger, AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, SLA, ETC. (12.2.X; Oracle Cloud a plus)
  • Experience with Oracle ERP upgrades
  • 10+ years' experience solutioning within Oracle EBS financials
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports a plus
  • Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework and BI Publisher.
  • Ability to develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, interfaces, reports, and forms.
  • Experience with Oracle performance tuning and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with configuration management and migrations.
