Clinical Nurse - Main PACU (Nights)

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse at our Main Hospital. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a significant impact in our PACU department.

Work reciprocally with other members of the perioperative team.
• Implement the nursing process for surgical patients requiring intensive monitoring and nursing interventions in an acute and critical 24-hour setting.
• Assure completion of required diagnostic and evaluative tests, providing related patient education programs and post-operative clinical assessments.

• NYS RN license, BSN
• BLS, ACLS
• Minimum of 1.5 + years of related clinical experience in an Acute care; critical care experience preferred.
• Surgical oncology experience and related certification highly preferred

• Willing to take action and eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and passion.
• A skilled decision-maker, with a proven track record of making timely decisions that ensure the quality of nursing care within the organization.

• Schedule: Nights; 12 hour shifts flexed between 9:00pm to 9:30am with weekend rotation required.
