Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (overtime as needed) Pay: $25 and up depending on experience Construction Team Lead essential tasks: Lead a team of 2-4 construction workers in the installation and renovation of modular kitchens. Oversee project progress, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to specifications and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting quality and compliance standards. Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to align project needs and expectations. Train and mentor team members on techniques, best practices, and safety procedures. Manage inventory and ensure necessary materials and equipment are available for projects. Address on-site issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain project momentum. Qualifications: At least 3 years of construction experience, focusing on kitchen installations or renovations, with leadership experience preferred. High school diploma is required. Proficient in construction techniques, tools, safety practices, and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Physically capable of handling demanding tasks and possessing a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
