Position Description:

Provides administrative and observational support for fleet management and security operations within Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, monitoring security systems, coordinating vendor services, and responding effectively to alarms and security incidents to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in scheduling repair and maintenance for Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs), forklifts, and facility vehicles.
  • Assists with coordinating vendor services for vehicle transportation, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assists with managing and maintaining licensing, registration, insurance and emissions compliance for all vehicles in the fleet, including processing DMV renewals and insurance updates.
  • Maintains master equipment lists and updates them as necessary.
  • Provides administrative support for fleet-related projects and initiatives.
  • Monitors security footage, alarms, and event logs to identify and address potential incidents.
  • Responds promptly to alarms and escalates issues as necessary.
  • Controls facility access by verifying identification, issuing badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Conducts live surveillance to detect and mitigate theft, property damage, and critical incidents.
  • Prepares detailed reports on security incidents, including observations, photographs, and videos.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to address security concerns and improve awareness.
  • Compiles and processes vendor payables and receivable summary reports.
  • Reviews and addresses communications in a timely manner.
  • Maintains documentation for both fleet and security operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Participates in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on operational policies and best practices.
  • Travels to company locations and vendor sites as needed to support fleet and security operations.
  • Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be a detailed professional who is able to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task several projects simultaneously and produce results on time.
  • Customer focused orientation with strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills as well as proficiency in Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Valid drivers' license and clean MVR.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
