Consumer Communication Program Manager (West Region)

As the Consumer Communication Program Manager, you will be tasked with analyzing all local consumer marketing opportunities within your assigned U.S. geography. Your role will involve developing strategies that align with the marketing objectives of both Smith & Nephew and the participating healthcare providers. You will then implement a direct-to-consumer marketing campaign tailored to these strategies. In this position, you will collaborate with a wide range of individuals and departments within the company, as well as with external accounts, throughout the implementation process and beyond. Handling the campaign budget will also be a key responsibility, as will delivering detailed reports on all consumer-facing activities in your territory. You will evaluate market and account opportunities to craft effective consumer communication strategies that meet regional goals and objectives. Working closely with customers, outside vendors, media outlets, and internal sales and marketing teams, you will ensure the delivery of compliant and impactful campaigns that highlight Smith & Nephew technologies. You will supervise the distribution of patient-focused communications and educational resources across your territory, lead or participate in launch meetings, and attend quarterly business reviews as required. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Smith & Nephew graphic design team to build or modify content as needed and meticulously detail ongoing implementation activities. What will you need to be successful? You will need a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in areas such as hospital or healthcare marketing, advertising, public relations, marketing communications, or web marketing and development. Strong skills in writing, presentation, web marketing, and financial tracking are also required to succeed in this role. Travel: Up to 50% domesticThe anticipated base compensation range for this position is $63,000 - $100,000 USD annually. You. Unlimited. We believe in creating the greatest good for society.
