Overview TRC is seeking an on-call Senior Archaeologist for Cultural Resources in our Planning, Permitting, and Licensing Practice (PPL). This individual will be reporting to and/or be based in our Portland, Oregon or Milwaukie, Oregon offices. Candidate must already be a qualified archaeologist in Oregon or meets the requirements to become a qualified archaeologist in Oregon. The position will work closely with other environmental and cultural resources staff in TRC's PPL Practice to further develop TRC's cultural resource program on the west coast. The successful candidate will assist in managing agency, client and tribal relationships, marketing, and proposal development; assist and advise other cultural resources staff; and direct and manage large and complex cultural resources projects including fieldwork and report preparation. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
