Responsibilities The Residential Programs Director oversees the coordination and administration of the program including staffing to provide adequate supervision of clients, maintaining a safe environment for clients, and implementation of the program schedule. Works in collaboration with the Executive and Clinical Directors to ensure the program operations are in compliance with Newport Healthcare's policies and procedures, standardized practices, licensing regulations, and Joint Commission requirements, as well as aligned with the Newport brand and clinical model.
