Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist helps support global marketing efforts and execute digital campaigns that promote designated business units. This role is responsible for coordinating organic and paid digital marketing opportunities, implementing digital strategies, analyzing data, and reporting on performance as guided by the Marketing leadership. This role should be confident deploying digital marketing initiatives across social platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), referring websites (including Psychology Today, Yelp, etc.), the company website (including SEO and data management), and marketing automation tools.

Essential Duties:

  • Work in partnership with Marketing leadership to implement digital strategies, advertising and email marketing campaigns, and more to promote the company and designated business units to prospective clients, referral sources, peer organizations, and career seekers.
  • Proactively implement strategies to segment, grow, and maintain target audiences.
  • Report on key performance metrics for all digital channels.
  • Monitor organic website performance, and support team in implementing SEO best practices to increase engagement and optimize content.
  • Coordinate with Marketing leadership to develop and implement a website strategy that is in alignment with the company goals, audience needs, and industry standards.
  • Manage company website and implement updates to ensure it is relevant and timely, including performing monthly website audits for all company properties to ensure optimal functionality and address areas of opportunity.
  • Proactively audit internal and external digital platforms to ensure designated business unit content continues to evolve and is current what is occurring within our industry.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing leadership and the team to develop and deploy collateral for social media and content marketing.
  • Manage and update all internal files as well as collateral on the website.
  • Coordinate with Marketing leadership and other team members to support in developing and deploying regular email communications using marketing automation tools, ensuring integrity and reporting on all campaigns.
  • Manage all projects within time limits and on budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required in communications, business, public relations, digital marketing implementation, or related field or direct equivalent experience required.
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related field with a strong sense of branding, messaging, content proliferation, and a keen eye for detail required.
    • Experience in tactical SEO and on-site optimization desired.
    • Knowledge of WordPress website platforms, website hosting, and website maintenance (WordPress, Sharepoint, SEO Surfer, SEMrush, Eloqua, etc.) preferred. Development skills are a plus.
    • Knowledge of paid social channels and data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Data Studio, etc.)
    • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
    • Understanding of Adobe suite, and design skills preferred.

Pay range for this position is $55,000 to $72,000 depending on education and experience.
