Position Summary Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all positions within the Plant to back-fill any position based on business need. Essential Functions Letter Finisher Ensure products are clean and free from scratches and foreign materials. Properly finish and assemble as instructed by the work order. Assure each order is complete by counting and matching contents with the work order. Painter Mix appropriate quantity of paint per work order, ensure that the paint is properly mixed as indicated by local conditions and matching paint chips or samples if required by the job. Spray products as required, ensuring that paint is applied in a manner consistent with customer requirements and company quality standards. Shipper Inspect finished products for function, aesthetics, and quality, if required, and may clean products as necessary. Maintain familiarity with shipping procedures, bill of lading etc. and prepare products for UPS/truck pick-up required.
