(*in collaboration with AbbVie) About the Role: The Executive Director, Commercialization Lead- Late Stage Psychiatry Assets is responsible for leading commercial development and launch planning in the US for two late-stage psychiatry assets in major depressive disorder and schizophrenia. Reporting to the Head of New Product Commercialization, this high-profile role will lead commercial strategy and all facets of brand development to position these assets for commercial success.This commercial leader will be a skilled marketer with extensive branded psychiatry launch experience, brand development and team leadership. Generating market insights across key stakeholders, establishing competitive differentiation and go-to-market strategies are fundamental to the position. Additionally, as the commercial core team lead for these programs, engaging with internal and external stakeholders while working collaboratively across functional core team leads at Neurocrine is fundamental to success. _ Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. |
