Digital Product Manager, Revenue Enablement

About the Role:

Boston Scientific is transforming lives worldwide through innovative Digital Health and Medical Device solutions. We are seeking a Digital Product Manager with thought leadership, strategic vision, and a passion for improving the lives of those living with chronic pain.

As a Product Manager on the Revenue Enablement team, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee the execution of commercial-focused digital projects, and provide guidance to product teams while supporting other teams across the broader commercial organization. You will work closely with functional leaders in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Patient Services, and collaborate with other Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to design, prioritize, and deliver impactful revenue enablement solutions. Additionally, you will actively participate in a community of BSC and divisional Product Managers to exchange insights, foster collaboration, and mentor early-career Product Managers and Product Owners, contributing to the growth and success of the team.

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we prioritize collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in the local office at least three days per week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Communicate Vision: Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and business model to teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Lead Discovery and Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders to lead project kickoffs, discovery, and framing activities.
  • Manage Product Roadmap: Work with Product Owners to establish and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Set Objectives and Mitigate Risks: Define measurable objectives, manage the product backlog, and proactively de-risk product directions.
  • Balance Stakeholder Input: Integrate feedback from business and user stakeholders to inform product and project decisions while driving strategic roadmaps.
  • Adapt Based on Insights: Adjust product and project direction using data insights, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
  • Prioritize Development: Oversee product development priorities, including releases ranging from single MVPs to multi-solution platforms, in close partnership with end-users and the business.
  • Collaborate with Dedicated Teams: Work in co-located teams of Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Change Managers, and Development teams.
  • Leverage Agile and Lean Methodologies: Utilize Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design approaches for product development, implementation, and operations.
  • Monitor Performance: Define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like site usage, account creations, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive Improvements: Execute initiatives to improve KPIs, partnering with analytics and finance teams to monitor ROI, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and guide organizational alignment.
  • Maintain Team Culture: Promote a positive team culture, foster open communication, and support agile best practices during transitions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Commit to patient safety, product quality, security, and data privacy by adhering to quality policies and procedures.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously update knowledge of commercial solutions, revenue enablement technologies, clinical workflows, product interconnectivity, and system integrations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies.
  • Expertise in modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuousimprovement/continuousdeployment.
  • Proven ability to establish an innovative, customer-centric culture.
  • Experience developing and evolving product strategies based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset.
  • Proven ability to conceive and deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and communicating effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring knowledge to address gaps.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%).


Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Advanced degree (MBA)
  • Current or previous Boston Scientific experience
  • Experience with Neuromodulation business
  • Sales Operations, Marketing, Digital experience



This role is based in Valencia, California with a salary range of $103,700 - $197,000

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
