About the role:

This role is part of a rapidly growing global organization that is responsible to install Capital Equipment in hospitals and ensure support for the hospitals by providing Preventive Maintenance, Upgrades and Repair if required.

This function will play a pivotal role to maintain and increase quality in relation to our service system by on one hand being part of the case/workorder reviewing team and on the other hand taking up a trainer role, in which you will train and educate our global internal team on our service system.

This role consists of two main activities which will need to be fulfilled based on business needs:




  • System Administration Support




Responsible for completeness and accuracy of service cases/work orders upon closure in GSMS and supporting internal needs for system updates and administrative system tasks. Support projects and support team members.




  • GSMS (Global Service Management System) trainer




Responsible for training activities for global functions with access to GSMS.

GSMS is our Service management system that combines multiple applications, such as Servicemax, SAP, Prontoforms and Serviceboard built on a Salesforce platform.

GSMS trainer responsibilities include but are not limited to:




  • Responsible for being the expert in our global service management system (GSMS) and train other global users on using the system in compliance with our current procedures and processes.





  • Develop, run and execute training programs for new GSMS users as well as refresher trainings for existing users, reducing and avoiding rework activities during case/work order review in the process





  • Partner with GSMS product owner and development team to plan, develop and execute training activities on (major) GSMS changes to global users





  • Act as a watchdog between GSMS functionality/processes and documented instructions in work instructions. Escalate when improvements/corrections are required.





  • Develop and/or support development/improvement of training material, documentation, templates, communication, and reports, to enroll training activities in cooperation with the CETS training team




System Administrator Support responsibilities include but are not limited to:




  • Main responsible for reviewing completed Cases/Work orders for completeness and accuracy and supporting/forwarding billing activities.





  • Update Work orders with parts consumption for complex installations.





  • Creation of parent/child relationship for specific systems.





  • Complete proxy Work orders in the service system.





  • Perform virtual FSEAI transactions in SAP.





  • Manage all Inspection Measuring & Test equipment in the service system.





  • Manage all required system admin updates





  • Responsible for install base investigations/corrections.





  • Support divisional projects related to GSMS/SAP accuracy.





  • Executing and supporting more complex tasks.





  • Providing tier II support to team members.





Required Basic Qualifications:




  • Education level: Higher vocational level





  • Relevant working experience





  • Experience with GSMS/Servicemax/Salesforce is a pre





  • Experience with delivering training to an audience is a pre





  • Combines a problem-solving attitude withliaison focused communication skills





  • Flexible, pro-active and continuous improvement attitude, self-motivated independent worker





  • Ambitious, eager to improve and result driven





  • Excellent English verbal and written skills





  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills





  • Ability to perform in a multi-cultural environment

Preferred additional Qualifications:




  • Experience in working with technical, distribution, sales and direct customerenvironment





  • Experience with SAP and office tools/systems





  • Technical aptitude and business systems management experience

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
