About the role: This role is part of a rapidly growing global organization that is responsible to install Capital Equipment in hospitals and ensure support for the hospitals by providing Preventive Maintenance, Upgrades and Repair if required. This function will play a pivotal role to maintain and increase quality in relation to our service system by on one hand being part of the case/workorder reviewing team and on the other hand taking up a trainer role, in which you will train and educate our global internal team on our service system. This role consists of two main activities which will need to be fulfilled based on business needs:
Responsible for completeness and accuracy of service cases/work orders upon closure in GSMS and supporting internal needs for system updates and administrative system tasks. Support projects and support team members.
Responsible for training activities for global functions with access to GSMS. GSMS is our Service management system that combines multiple applications, such as Servicemax, SAP, Prontoforms and Serviceboard built on a Salesforce platform.
