Intern - Plant Engineering

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Supporting Validation/Qualification processes
• Walk down of P&ID drawings to ensure correct labeling, data collection, retrieval and analysis
• Supporting Engineering Project
• Work under the guidance of Plant Engineering
• Equipment Inventory, Spare Parts Inventory, Control Systems Inventory
• Functional Specification template creation and development

Intern Project:

• Project planning for design / purchasing / process / implementation / testing of a new system (depending on intern interests: drawing management system, controls development environment, etc.)

Community Outreach Project:

• Interns will be put into groups and be responsible for finding a local nonprofit organization to put together a community service day with.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree;
• Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and
• Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break
• Must commit to 8-10 weeks of internship
• Field of Study: relevant Engineering degree
