About the team: R&D Finance partners with Engineering, Product Management & Design (EPD) leadership to support Hashicorp's financial growth objectives. The team manages the annual EPD budget & Monthly/Quarterly expense variance reporting with a focus on providing actionable insights to drive the business forward. Role Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring financial discipline across the R&D organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage planning and forecasting for R&D, deliver impactful insights, and support strategic decision-making. Location: Based in either San Francisco, California or Raleigh, North Carolina due to the hybrid nature of the role and team. Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training. The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
