This position, AOT Manager I - District Maintenance (Job Requisition #52060), is open to all State employees and external applicants. Environmental Factors
Duties are performed in office and field settings. Incumbents should possess private means of transportation. Attendance at public meetings and hearings is required. Evening or weekend work may be required. Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree AND four (4) years or more of management experience in one or more the following areas (a) development of program rules and policies; (b) development of long- and short-range goals and plans: (c) program evaluation; or (d) budget preparation OR highway maintenance, engineering, construction, planning or a combination thereof. OR High school diploma or equivalent AND six (6) years or more of management experience in one or more the following areas (a) development of program rules and policies; (b) development of long- and short-range goals and plans: (c) program evaluation; or (d) budget preparation OR highway maintenance, engineering, construction, planning or a combination thereof. Note: Some positions may require registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) Total Compensation
