Sr Software Tester II (Multiple Positions) - Starkey Laboratories, Inc (Eden Prairie, MN).

Responsible for software testing of products to ensure high quality products are shipped to end customers. Duties include: lead and mentor software testers and establish goals for appropriate test cycles for each release; provide planning of future project releases in estimating efforts required in testing and documentation, and advise on product improvements; manage, coordinate, communicate and conduct software testing, test schedules, deliverables and status reports to Project Manager and Upper Management; and, identify areas where software quality policies and procedures need to be improved or developed. Reqs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or closely related field plus 5 years' software test and quality assurance experience. Experience must include: software development lifecycle principles; medical device testing; regulatory quality and human use review audits; ISO 13485; and, EUMDR Requirements. $132,600/year. 5 days/week in-office.
