Job Description

Position Summary: The Personal Investment and Retirement Consulting (PIRC) provides investment and retirement education to participants in NRECA's defined benefit and defined contribution plans. We are seeking a new team member from the financial services industry to manage and lead 10 - 12 investment and retirement planners. You would be responsible for initial and ongoing training and the development and expansion of that team's knowledge and expertise in the NRECA-sponsored defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Your responsibilities would also require knowledge and practice of human resources and compensation best practices, as well as the cooperative business model. The selected candidate will travel to review and assist their team 60 - 80% of the year, as well as occasionally cover for a team member, potentially visiting up to 48 states over a career on the team, primarily to rural and suburban communities in those states.
