Intern - Professional Services Admin:

The Professional Services Admin - Intern is responsible to interact with clients and diverse group of colleagues for coordinating and administering all types of services by maintaining projects, activities of varying complexity, reporting, for the Professional Services team.

Responsibilities



  • Assists in creating performance Reports, QA Report,
  • Perform Analysis on Case SLA/Invalid movement, booked Trainings (by Specialty/POD)
  • Team Audit - following processes such as time tracker blocks, Task documentation consistency,
  • Assist with internal coordination of tasks such as new hire classes and the instructor's schedules (to help offload current coordinator)


Required Skills



  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eClinicalWorks
