Job Description
. As Senior Account Executive, you will help manage the day-to-day business on assigned brand(s) to meet client needs, deadlines, and budgets. You will act as liasion between the client and internal agency departments and proactively manage project deliverables in partnership with Project Management.

Day in the life

  • Own assigned projects from development to deployment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agency and client processes.
  • Partner with Project Management on financial deliverables, including estimates, invoices, budgets, and expense tracking.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and client counterparts, providing clear updates on project status and budget allocations.
  • Takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving, working cross-functionally to achieve goals and demonstrating a willingness to learn various channel management strategies.
  • Participate in weekly client status meetings, maintains accurate client reports, and ensures client needs are communicated effectively to internal teams.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned categories, stay updated on industry trends, and assist with training and mentoring junior staff as needed.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of professional experience required, and 2+ years of agency/marketing experience preferred.
  • Passion for healthcare marketing and willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with digital, media, social, and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present effectively and articulate complex ideas.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to collaborate across functions, share knowledge, and drive innovative solutions.
Salary
$65,000 to $85,000
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
