THE JOB:

As a Baker, you will be responsible for following recipes and yield guides. You will also set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.11

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods by following our recipes and yield guides.
• Assist in decorating cakes and pastries.
• Keep our kitchen vibrant and efficient by maintaining well-stocked, clean, and sanitized work areas that inspire creativity.
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience of baking experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Passionate about baking.
• Enjoys experimenting with flavors and presentations while meticulously following recipes to ensure consistent quality.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean, well-organized workspace and effectively managing time.
