At Ferrero, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences, and we're looking for aPeople & Organization Intern to help us shape a positive, dynamic workplace. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about HR, with a chance to gain real-world experience and contribute to a global team.

As an intern, you'll play an important role in supporting the People & Organization Team. You'll assist with maintaining employee records, preparing and distributing HR documents (contracts, onboarding materials), and compiling data for reports. You'll also support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you'll help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of administrative support and assisting in HR operations. You'll gain exposure to global recruitment processes and could be involved in impactful HR events and engagement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and a passion for people management.

The role requires you to be in your final year or one year before graduation, with availability of at least 6 hours per day for one year. You must be fluent in Hungarian and Englishto thrive in our international environment.
