We are seeking a Full-time experienced Assisted Living Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. The AL Clinical Supervisor is responsible for administration of day-to-day services for home care clients and Assisted Living residents; responds to tenant and resident emergencies and medical concerns. Operates as the Clinical Nurse Supervisor for Home Services and Assisted Living. Provides ongoing customer service to families and staff. Guides staff in compliance with Home Care and Assisted Living regulations. Has overall responsibility for the clinical management of the tenants/residents and the human resource management of the staff. Develops and administers all aspects of nursing services and other health care services provided by the campus. Qualifications Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nursing program. Current Minnesota licensure as a registered nurse Experience: Supervisory experience in an assisted living homecare setting is required. Be detail-oriented and self-motivated, have good communication and customer service skills and have BLS CPR training. Holistic-oriented helpful, but not required.
