Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed automation equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment malfunctions quickly and effectively.

Respond to line calls to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.

Perform preventative maintenance to optimize equipment performance.

Install, adjust, and upgrade production machinery as needed.

Operational Support & Optimization

Ensure manufacturing equipment runs at peak efficiency.

Work closely with operators, engineers, and supervisors to resolve issues.

Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs for tracking and reporting.

Technical Skills & Process Improvement

Utilize mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve root causes.

Work with high-speed automation equipment to improve performance and reliability.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing maintenance role.

Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing manufacturing equipment.

Experience with high-speed automation equipment (preferred).

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.

Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.

Experience with preventative maintenance strategies.
