Visual Quality Inspector

The Inspector enters customer order information into computer system, inspects and racks customer products. The Inspector will work in a self-directed capacity in a fast-paced environment. As part of the primary responsibilities, this individual will also ensure that once the customers' products have been processed, they are inspected for quality, re-packaged, and shipped accurately.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect customer product for processing.
• Inspect the finished product.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Learn new skills and cross-train into various departments.
• Act as a member of the monthly 'Quality Council'.
• Visual inspection of tools for proper coating.
• Learn defixturing techniques.
• Post quantities being shipped into the computer system.
• Pack customer parts for shipping.
• Use XRF equipment to document coating thickness.
• Use various shipping software.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribes safety regulations.
• Must conform to current health, environmental, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Managem
