How You'll Help Transform Healthcare: This position will work 11a-7pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday one week, then Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday the next. Rotating Weeks. Efficiently and accurately creates legal documents recording birth and death records. Manages data and records in a confidential manner. Completes required documentation to complete a live birth record for each infant born at CRCH. Maintains knowledge of Electronic Birth Certificate system. Completes required documentation to complete a Paternity Establishment record. Completes required documentation for Fetal Death reporting. Maintains and shares statistics. Works with the healthcare team to maintain a professional and caring environment. Maintains confidentiality for patients and staff. What We Require: Education: High School graduate, applicable college preferred. Experience: Previous vital records and/or computer experience preferred, Medical terminology preferred. Other Minimum Qualifications: Must maintain eligibility to possess Notary Public status. About Carilion This is Carilion Clinic ...
