Platform Predictive Logistics Specialist

• Provide technical expertise and support for Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies for Combat Vehicles.
• Join the Digital Systems Software Engineering (DSSE) team to develop and demonstrate PdM capabilities for Military Vehicle Platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and test PdM capabilities at the subsystem and vehicle levels.
• Implement and manage condition monitoring systems to track the health of equipment.
• Collect and analyze data from sensors and systems to identify potential equipment failures.
• Develop and apply predictive models to forecast equipment failure and maintenance needs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to PdM activities, including system performance and issues.
• Provide technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PdM tools and software.
• Continuously improve PdM processes and technologies through research, innovation, and staying current with industry best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar fields).
• At least one certification: Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Machine Learning/Data Science Certification (e.g., CAP).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering or Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, R, MATLAB) and machine learning techniques.
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting PdM hardware/software, sensor systems, data collection, and analysis, including experience with CMMS and PdM software.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management skills, and knowledge of defense industry standards and regulations.
