Developer-.NET Senior

Title: .Net Developer

Location: Mclean VA - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Duration: Contract to Hire

Must Have Skills:

• Expertise in ASP.Net and webforms application
• SQL server
• SSIS packages
• Any cloud experience is fine (AWS or Azure)

Supplier Vetting Questions:

1. Please describe your most recent project where you worked with ASP.NET Webforms.
2. Please provide an example of situation where you remediated the security findings for a ASP.NET web application. Please provide specific details about the steps you took and the outcome.
3. Please describe your approach to deploy .NET framework web application to AWS cloud.

Experience in:

• Solid C# .NET development experience up to the latest .NET frameworks
• Experience with .NET Core web application development
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise software development and maintenance using ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF, REST Services.
• Must be proficient in SOAP- or REST-based web services, XML and JSON technologies
• Experience with AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience in developing / maintaining windows desktop applications developed in VB6 would be plus.
• Strong TSQL skills and experience in constructing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for MS SQL
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like MS Test, NUnit and Moq.
• Experience in configuring builds and deployments on CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps and Jenkins)
• Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Git and Confluence
• Experience with Cloud (AWS) will be a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SCRUM / Kanban.
