Location: Philadelphia or Durham Office (2-3 days a week in office)

The Manager, Market Access Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing roadmap, strategy, and tactics across GSK's portfolio to ensure successful delivery of GSK's vision and mission. This individual works with a cross-functional team focused on the development of best-in-class and innovative capabilities that align with key Market Access initiatives, including customer and brand perspectives. Additionally, the team is responsible for training and organizational implementation of materials for field-facing market access teams. Key external customers include Payors, PBMs, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Integrated Health Systems (IHS), large group practices (community and institutional-based), and other ancillary care providers, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Support the development and execution of the Market Access marketing roadmap, strategy, and tactics that address customer objectives and drive favorable access.
• * Develop robust, credible messaging and materials to communicate the portfolio's value proposition and the benefits of patient access across payer, provider, IDN, and other key accounts.
• * Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Market Access, VEO (Value, Economics, & Outcomes), account teams, etc. to develop materials.
• * Facilitate approval of materials through the legal and compliance process.
• * Serve as a liaison between field teams and Access Strategy to capture voice of customer and integrate into refining Marketing Access marketing strategy and tactical approach.
• * Establish metrics to track progress, identify areas of growth, and quantify impact.
• * Collaborate closely with Access Optimization leads and other cross-functional collaborators across field teams, brand marketing, and others to ensure key account strategic and tactical alignment.
• * Travel Required: Yes, 10-20%

Basic Qualifications:

• * Bachelor's degree
• * 2+ years of pharmaceutical commercial marketing or market access marketing experience.
• * 2+ years experience delivering projects with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• * Proven ability to work on multiple projects with a high degree of initiative including project planning and prioritization of competing demands.
• * Experience managing third-party vendors.
• * Good understanding of best practices for the development of customer-facing resources and marketing capabilities.
• * Experience and understanding of US market access business dynamics and customer business models (PBMs, Health Plans, Providers, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Clinics, ASOCs etc.).
