The RoleLead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans supporting both the USTA Foundation and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team initiatives. This role will provide strategic marketing direction informed by audience insights, champion inclusive marketing strategies, and ensure consistent, impactful brand messaging with measurable results. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in fostering awareness, engagement, and impact by driving go-to-market plans aligned with USTA's mission and brand goals. This position requires a dynamic blend of strategic planning, creativity, and project management to support and amplify key initiatives effectively.
Develop tailored marketing plans for the USTA Foundation and DEI team initiatives, ensuring alignment with each group's unique goals and the overall USTA brand.

The expected range for the annual base salary for this position $80,000 - 95,000. Any additional pay or benefits a person may qualify for, are not included in this range. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
