General Summary of Position

Job Summary:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing patients/customers meals. You will be responsible for providing breakfast, lunch and dinner while following the required portion size, dietary/allergy restrictions, and food safety protocols.

This is a full time opportunity. It is a requirement to work rotating weekends.

Primary Duties:

* Prepare meals according to recipe.

* May prepare meals on a "made to order setting".

* Works at assigned station each shift.

* Preparing patient meals, customer meals and any catering orders.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Must be able to read and write.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED preferred.

* Minimum of 6 months cooking experience required.
