SFMC Business Analyst

The Technical Business Analyst (BA) Consultant is a member of a project team whose primary objective is to work with the customer to collect business requirements and have hands on experience with deployments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Validate Customer Journeys and requirements with Business teams and adapt them in case any change is needed
• Create training materials on features implemented and SFMC setup
• Provide two training sessions of 4 hours to US SFMC users.
• Create journeys in journey builder, Create users, Business units, Data attribute groups.
• Provide IP warming guidance
• Support UAT in SFMC

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $102,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
