This is an on site position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in Atlan - DG Java Python Rest API and Data Catalog. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions. Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and no travel requirements.

• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Java Python Rest API and Data Catalog.
• Supervise the technical team to ensure project goals are achieved and work is of high quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with teams across various functions to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure code quality and alignment through code reviews and testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions.
• Resolve and tackle technical issues swiftly to minimize any downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and methods.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide project updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure the security and scalability of solutions to support business growth.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive technical excellence.

• Must have strong experience in Java Python Rest API and Data Catalog.
• Must have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant technical experience.
• Nice to have experience in the Utilities domain.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000- $156,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
