Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Lead FSE Developer (Hybrid) to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. • Proficient in Full stack Java, Java Design Patterns, ANSI SQL
• Spring boot, Microservices
• Maven, Spring Framework, GIT, JSON YAML, Design Patterns, JPA, JUnit5, Lombok
• Design and transform the solution architectures into application capabilities.
• Good to have exposure to Banking Intelligence but not mandatory.
• Participate in client meetings to understand and prioritize the business requirements. Focus on the business domain using domain driven design.
• Create high-level design documents like application horizons, use-cases, activity diagrams, data-maps, schema designs, database designs etc.
• Leading the project technicalities with Microservices Architecture on Cloud and on premises.
• Bringing the quality gates, including secure coding, code coverage, code format templates etc.
• Lay the code branching, code merging and code commit policies
• Mentoring and guiding the peers to achieve the deliverables.
• Orchestrating the deliverable deployments, release notes.
• Root cause analysis with the help of application monitoring and log analysis and addressing the critical production issues post production.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,3372K - $141,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
