Title: SR BI Consulting Specialist - Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Consulting Specialist with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills in Tableau BI Validation and Power BI. The candidate background (preferably with Retail/CPG background) who has done several stakeholder interviews assimilate and correlate the findings to bring an overarching POV on (1) process (2) governance (3) technology maturity in the current state. Ability to present to CxOs of clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced BI solutions using Tableau Power BI Service and MS Power BI.
• Oversee the validation of BI data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide expert guidance on user experience services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights and improve business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BI solutions with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI processes and solutions.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on the latest BI tools and techniques.
• Ensure all BI solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI systems to ensure seamless operation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI and customer analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of BI solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Tableau BI Validation Power BI Service and MS Power BI.
• Should possess strong domain expertise in User Experience Services and Customer Analytics.
• Must have a proven track record of leading complex BI projects.
• Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Certifications Required

• Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) Tableau Desktop Specialist Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Maintenance: Application Expiration Date: 3/5/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
