Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Technical Program Manager with at least 15+ years' experience leading complex software programs with a background in developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Roles/Responsibilities:

* Lead complex software programs with distributed teams.

* Provide technical solutions to drive the software architecture for the platforms.

* Collaborate with Product Management to define program requirements.

* Collaborate with project management teams to facilitate executions of the programs.

* Lead and manage Software Engineer roles, goals and their career management. Hire and onboard managers and lead Software Engineers.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science and ten (10) years of experience in offered or related role(s).

* Must have ten (10) years of experience with: Software Development- front end and back-end technologies and front-end technologies - e-Commerce & Web Applications, B2b Commerce Portals, Native iOS/ Android, React Native, HTML, and CSS.

* Must have seven (7) years of experience with back-end technologies & databases - Java, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

* Must have five (5) years of experience with cloud platforms - Amazon web services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

* Must have four (4) years of experience with: Software Architecture; software development management and people management.
