SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration, recruitment and daily operations of the Project Thrive programs including: planning; organizing; program development; participant outreach; program monitoring; reports; budget management; staff, volunteer and intern supervision; and direct service activities. The team member must have strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as access to reliable transportation.
