Provide technical support in diagnosing and resolving incoming support calls and resolve issues and requests in a timely manner by implementing solutions using pre-established methods. This position can be remote or hybrid which will require the candidate to report and work from the office three days a week. Hybrid candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.
