Job Summary

We seek a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Drive project planning, estimation and proposal walkthrough with clients from a program and technical standpoint
• Execute discovery sessions with client stakeholders to drive strategic engagements and establish program success factors
• Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions leveraging your technical expertise to address complex challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate risks ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with data quality and data governance standards leveraging your domain expertise to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project teams encouraging the adoption of best practices.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce with a proven track record of successful project delivery in Retail and Consumer industry.
• Experience in sizing and estimating the opportunities and delivering programs leveraging agile methodologies, POD structure, and extended team structure
• Strong background in data quality and data governance with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring successful delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to drive project success.
• Experience in a hybrid work model with the ability to manage remote and on-site teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align project activities with organizational goals.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification is required

Certified Retail and/or Consumer Goods cloud is highly desirable

Certified Sales and Service Cloud Consultant

Certified Experience Cloud consultant

Certified MuleSoft consultant

Certified Technical Architect

Certified Data Cloud and Agentforce certifications are a plus.
