As a Senior Key Account Manager you will manage an assigned account, located in Kalamazoo, MI, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Senior Key Account Manager's focus is to maintain revenue, price capture, improve gross profit and achieve business plan. Additionally, a Senior Key Account Manager may be required to coach indirect reports to manage business, customer relationships and business objectives. You will also:
General Work Environment: Indoors and outdoors, with driving involved. Employee could be faced with working in temperature extremes. Employee might be required to lift and carry 50 pounds, manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude helpful. Use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, and H2S Monitor as required or needed.
