Responsibilities

UnityPoint Clinic Northridge Family Medicine is seeking dynamic and experienced leader to join our team. As Clinic Administrator, this leader will partner with physician leaders in a dyad relationship to:

  • Oversee day to day operations of a regional clinic.
  • Lead efforts to optimize clinic performance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop clinic staff.
  • Demonstrate sound fiscal management of clinic operations through budget planning and performance. Assure optimal use of regional resources to meet objectives.
  • Participate in the provider recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required OR a combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in physician practice management preferred.
  • Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in accounts receivable, to include billing, collection, ICD-9 and CPT coding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
  • Knowledge of personnel administration and patient relation principles.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
