Finance-Investment Banking Associate (New York, NY): Assist in originating M&A opportunities, raise equity for clients, guide companies through financial restructuring, discuss strategic alternatives geared towards growth, & provide other corporate strategy & corporate finance advisory services. Work with financial modeling & analysis; accounting standards; corporate valuation; &, corporate performance analysis. Req’s Master’s degr plus 1 yr exp.
